Replacement Policy

At Batuaa, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As an additional measure, we may share product photographs prior to shipping for quality assurance.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products purchased from Batuaa.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for either:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit equivalent to the purchase value for future purchases.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damage or defect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for inspection. Once the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality assessment, we will process either a replacement or issue store credit, as applicable.

Important Notes

  • Claims made without adequate photographic evidence or an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery will not qualify for replacement or store credit.

  • Store credit, where issued, will be valid for future purchases on our website.
